Service Management and Billing
Without the requested data, the service cannot be provided.
Personal data, as well as data related to the service, will be kept in our files for the time necessary to fulfill the service guarantee (5 years).
Billing-related data will be kept in our files for the time required to comply with legal and tax obligations related to services rendered by SUITOURS, S.A. (5 years plus the current year).

Quality Service.
To meet our quality commitments, we occasionally conduct surveys to gauge customer satisfaction and improve our services.

In any case, contact data collected for the quality survey will only be used with your explicit consent.
